Banglamung District Honors 26 Outstanding Citizens with Good People of Banglamung Awards for 2025

Pattaya, December 5th, 2025 – Following the conclusion of ceremonies marking the anniversary of the birth of His Royal Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, National Day, and Father’s Day at the multipurpose hall of Pattaya City School No. 2, Mr. Patcharapat Srithanyanon, District Chief of Banglamung, presided over the presentation of the prestigious “Good People of Bang Lamung” plaques for the year 2025.

The awards ceremony was organized to recognize and honor individuals who have demonstrated exemplary conduct, made significant contributions to society, and achieved outstanding, publicly recognized accomplishments. This year, a total of 26 individuals received the honor, consisting of 12 citizens recognized for their contributions to Banglamung District and 14 others selected across six categories as “Good People of Banglamung.”

The dignified presentation of honorary and commemorative plaques was intended to boost morale and encourage those who consistently perform good deeds for the community.

Among the recipients, Mr. Charn Yut Hengtrakul, former Secretary to the Minister of Education, who was selected to receive an honorary plaque, was represented at the ceremony by his daughter, Ms. Krittanat Hengtrakul.

During the event, the Banglamung District Chief extended his congratulations to all awardees, praising the prestigious recognition they earned through their accumulated good deeds and visible dedication. He explained that the awards serve as tangible proof of their sincere commitment to creating lasting benefits for society.

In his address, Mr. Patcharapat also bid farewell to attendees, as he is scheduled to assume the position of Rector of the College of Administration under the Department of Provincial Administration on December 11th, 2025.
