Pattaya City School 7 Holds Fathers Day and National Day Ceremony in Tribute to His Royal Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great

Pattaya, December 4th 2025 – Pattaya City School 7 (Ban Nong Phang Khae) held a solemn ceremony at the school’s Chamchuri multipurpose ground to mark the birthday anniversary of His Royal Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (Rama IX), which coincides with Thailand’s National Day and Father’s Day 2025.

Mr. Krisana Boonsawasdi, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya, presided over the event, which began with an alms-giving ceremony offering dried food and essentials to nine Buddhist monks as a royal merit-making tribute. The ceremony continued with the paying of respects before the royal portrait of His Royal Majesty the King and the presentation of 20 scholarships to underprivileged students.

School committee members, administrators, teachers, parents, and students jointly expressed their loyalty and profound gratitude for the immense royal grace of His Royal Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great throughout his 70-year reign.

More than 4,000 royal projects reflect his extraordinary vision and the “Royal Philosophy” that has enabled Thais to achieve sustainable self-reliance. His wisdom and immense contributions have earned widespread admiration both within Thailand and around the world.

The ceremony showed the enduring reverence that the school community holds for the late monarch, widely regarded as the Father of the Nation.
