Sriracha, Chonburi – November 26, 2025
Residents of Sriracha district in Chonburi province have demonstrated an outpouring of compassion, flocking to donate essential goods, dry food, and daily necessities to help flood-affected communities in southern Thailand.

Today, at the Sriracha District Community Hall, Mr. Weekit Manarojkit, Sriracha District Chief, officially opened a donation center to collect rice, canned food, drinking water, instant noodles, boxed milk, diapers, sanitary pads, medicines, and other critical items for people impacted by severe flooding across several southern provinces.

Ms. Jintana Jirachiwin, Senior District Clerk, was appointed to receive the donations on behalf of the district office.
The atmosphere at the community hall was one of solidarity and generosity. Individuals, private companies, government agencies, local authorities, schools, and volunteer groups arrived in large numbers throughout the day, bringing truckloads of supplies. Municipal and district staff, along with volunteers and students, worked tirelessly to sort and load the donations onto waiting trucks.

The collected items will be consolidated with contributions from across Chonburi province and transported tonight (November 26) as part of a relief caravan heading directly to the flood-stricken areas in the south.

Local authorities praised the remarkable spirit of unity shown by the people of Sriracha, with many donors expressing their heartfelt wish to ease the suffering of their fellow Thais during this difficult time.
