Pattaya-
Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization President Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem and Pattaya Deputy Mayor Mr. Krisana Boonsawat officially launched the Chonburi Coffee on the Beach 2025 festival Friday morning on Pattaya Beach, drawing hundreds of dignitaries, café owners, and media.

The three-day event (November 14–16), co-organized by Pattaya City, Chonburi PAO, and the Pattaya Business and Tourism Association, sets to rebrand Pattaya as a lifestyle destination, attract new visitor segments, and elevate local cafés and bistros through quality-driven growth. It also promotes Chonburi’s signature snacks and desserts as provincial icons to fuel tourism economics.

Before the ribbon-cutting, all attendees observed a minute’s silence in mourning for Her Royal Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, who passed away earlier this year. The ceremony included a royal tribute exhibition, condolence book station, and subdued color scheme throughout the venue.

“This event blends our grief with gratitude,” said Mr. Wittaya. “We honor Her Majesty’s legacy while inviting the world to experience Pattaya’s softer, more refined side.”

Dozens of beachfront pop-ups served artisanal coffees, local pastries, and fusion bites amid sea breezes. Organizers report a strong turnout on opening day, with activities continuing Saturday and Sunday.
