Officials from Bangkok’s Phra Nakhon District Office visited Pattaya City Hall on Wednesday to learn more about the city’s award-winning anti-corruption strategies, as part of a broader program to enhance public service efficiency.
Dr. Siwat Boonkerd, Deputy Clerk of Pattaya City, welcomed the delegation in the Thapphraya Conference Room at City Hall. The visit included a seminar focused on improving operational performance and citizen services for the 2026 fiscal year.
Kosol Singhanat, Director of Phra Nakhon District, explained that the program is divided into two sessions. The first runs from November 13 to 18, 2025, and the second from November 20 to 21, 2025, with 150 participants in each group. The goal is to build skills, competencies, and knowledge among district staff, ultimately leading to more effective and satisfying public services.
Phra Nakhon selected Pattaya as the study site specifically for its recognition as an “Outstanding Local Government Organization in Corruption Prevention.” The city has received commendations for its anti-corruption efforts, providing a model that Phra Nakhon officials want to adapt for their own administrative improvements.
