Pattaya Beach to Host Thai Coffee Festival Celebrating Royal Legacy and Sustainability

Pattaya, Thailand, Coffee enthusiasts, artisans, and music lovers are invited to the Thai Coffee Festival on Central Pattaya Beach, running from November 14th to 16th, 2025. Held daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. opposite the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, the free event will showcase Thailand’s coffee culture, royal-inspired initiatives, and sustainable development under the theme “Thai Coffee from Royal Initiative…to Inspiration and Sustainable Development.”

The festival honors His Royal Majesty the King’s agricultural legacy through a dedicated zone titled “Coffee from the Royal Heart,” displaying coffee projects that have empowered highland farmers and promoted eco-friendly practices. Attendees can explore beachside stalls featuring restaurants, cafés, roasteries, and handcrafted goods, while enjoying art and craft activities and expert-led coffee discussions.

Keynote Seminars Spotlight Royal Coffee Legacy

On November 14th, two seminars will delve into Chonburi’s coffee narrative:- 9:00–11:00 a.m.:“Chonburi Coffee Story: Thai Coffee…from Royal Initiative to Inspiration” – Farmers and upstream producers share stories of royal projects transforming Thailand’s coffee industry.
– 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.:“Chonburi Coffee Story: From Royal Initiative to…Thai Coffee on the Global Stage” – Roasters, growers, and baristas discuss elevating Thai beans in international competitions.

Hands-On Workshops and Tastings

Coffee lovers can participate in interactive sessions, including:November 15, 9:00–10:00 a.m.:“Easy Latte Art by Alternative Dairy Co.” – A beginner-friendly latte art workshop (limited to 15 participants).
– November 15, 10:00 a.m.–noon:“Brew . Flow . Beach” – Sample rare Thai coffee from Mani Phruk Village, Nan Province, processed by the Pattaya/Chonburi Café and Bistro Club during their “Campfire, Stargazing, Coffee Sipping” initiative.

High-Stakes Coffee Competitions

The beach will host thrilling showdowns:November 14, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.:“Tasters Battle on the Beach” – The CBC King of Coffee champion faces off against the Thailand National Cup Tasters Championship winner in a blind tasting duel. The day also features the Coffee on the Beach Latte Art Smackdown 2025
– November 15–16, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.: CBC King of Coffee 2025 – Professional baristas compete to advance Thai coffee on the global stage.

Daily Drip Experiences

Start the day with Pattaya Morning Drip (7:00–9:00 a.m., November 14–16), led by beloved CBC hosts Pi Pi, Pi Tong, and Pi Korn. From 2:00–3:00 p.m. daily, Pattaya All-Day Drip offers mid-day tastings of premium Thai and international beans curated by special guests.

Free Evening Concert

Cap off the festival on November 16th at 7:00 p.m. with a complimentary performance by Thai rock band THE PARKINSON.
