Huay Yai, October 29th, 2025 – Pattaya police, in coordination with Chonburi Immigration, stormed a luxury residence in Huay Yai and confiscated six tanks of nitrous oxide (laughing gas), 16.65 grams of ketamine, and drug paraphernalia, arresting two Taiwanese nationals.

Acting on a tip-off from a concerned citizens about the illegal storage of nitrous oxide and narcotics, a joint task force of over a dozen officers—led by Pattaya Police Chief Pol. Col. Anek Sarathongyoo and Chonburi Immigration Chief Pol. Col. Naphatphong Khositsuriyamanee—executed a search warrant at a Huay Yai home in Moo 1.

At the scene, authorities encountered two Taiwanese men, identified as Mr. Wen-Chi, 33, and Mr. Wen-Lin, also 33, who confirmed they resided at the property. After presenting Pattaya Provincial Court search warrant No. 204/2568, dated October 28th, 2025, and with an interpreter present, both suspects consented to the search.

Officers seized:
– 16.65 grams of white crystalline ketamine
– Over 180 resealable plastic bags
– One digital scale
– Three metal containers
– Six nitrous oxide cylinders
– 25 balloons used for inhaling laughing gas
– Six iPhone mobile devices of various models

The suspects admitted purchasing the ketamine from a fellow unidentified Taiwanese national for use at drug parties involving both the substance and laughing gas balloons.

Both men were taken into custody along with the evidence and transferred to Huay Yai Police Station for legal proceedings on drug possession and related charges.
