Khao Kheow Open Zoo Welcomes Three Adorable Baby Flamingos

Chonburi, Thailand – Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Chonburi province proudly announced the arrival of three new baby flamingos, hatched on October 16th, 2025, bringing joy to the zoo’s staff and veterinarians.

On October 23rd, 2025, Mr. Narongwit Chodchoi, the zoo’s director, shared that the three baby flamingos are in excellent health and are being closely monitored by the zoo’s veterinary team and animal caretakers. The gender of the chicks is yet to be determined. With these new additions, the zoo now houses a total of 73 flamingos, comprising 70 adults and the three newborns.

The young flamingos have already made their public debut, charming visitors alongside the adult flock in the zoo’s Africa Zone flamingo exhibit. Tourists can visit Khao Kheow Open Zoo daily to catch a glimpse of these adorable new members and capture their cuteness on camera.
