Pattaya, Thailand – A 37-second video clip showing a homeless couple engaging in inappropriate behavior at a beer bar in Pattaya has gone viral, sparking outrage among locals and passersby. The incident, which occurred at a bar located on Soi Buakhao, was shared widely on social media, bringing swift action from the city’s rapid response team.
The video, posted by a popular social media page, captured the couple’s indecent act in broad daylight, with screams of shock from onlookers echoing in the background.

Ms. Aomsroy Matwiset, 44, known as “Sister Aom,” the bar’s owner, explained the incident to The Pattaya News reporters. She stated that the event took place on October 15th, 2025, at 10:50 AM, which is when the bar is closed and the gate was down, as the incident happened on the steps in front of the bar. A staff member alerted her after the video surfaced on TikTok, which included her contact number. She received numerous calls from viewers of the clip, leaving her deeply upset as such an incident had never occurred at her establishment properly. Ms. Aomsroy attempted to file a police report but was informed that she was not considered at fault, as the individuals in the video and the person who recorded and shared it were the parties at fault and that the police understood her bar was not open at the time and the people involved were not staff or customers. Consequently, she chose not to pursue a formal complaint.

Upon returning to her bar, Ms. Aomsroy later spotted the couple from the video lingering nearby, causing further distress. She contacted Pattaya’s dedicated hotline, 1337, established to address city issues. Within minutes, city officials arrived, apprehended the couple, and removed them from the area.
Authorities reported that the couple appeared incoherent during questioning. The man exhibited signs of mental instability, while the woman was unable to provide clear statements. They were then handed over to relevant agencies for further action.
