Pattaya Prepares for Tattoo Convention on the Beach to Boost Economy and Attract Tourists in 2026

Pattaya, Thailand – October 14th, 2025– In a meeting held at Room 131 of Pattaya City Hall, Mayor Poramese Ngampichet welcomed representatives from the Pattaya Tattoo Artists Association, led by President Pramote Kaewla. Accompanied by Deputy Mayor Phumiphat Kamnanat and other city officials, the gathering focused on updates for the upcoming Tattoo Convention on the Beach, scheduled for April 24-25, 2026, at Pattaya Central Beach in Chonburi Province.

The event is poised to serve as a major platform showcasing tattoo artistry from leading artists, making sustainable growth in the tattoo industry, generating income for the local community, and promoting tourism in Pattaya just after Songkran 2026.

Mayor Poramese stated that the city’s commitment to supporting the local tattoo scene is strong, explaining how tattoo art can build branding and strengthen the identity of Pattaya’s artists. He confirmed full municipal backing for the convention, noting its potential not only to stimulate the economy but also to draw domestic and international tourists passionate about tattoo culture and unique artistic expressions.
