Pattaya, Thailand – Mr. Samart Thongsoem, a seasoned member of the Pattaya Journalists Association who has also worked with The Pattaya News, is set to launch a family-run business venture, “Tai Suan Slow Bar,” a café and restaurant offering food and beverages in a serene, nature-inspired setting. Located in the agricultural area of the Huai Yai Subdistrict, the establishment aims to provide a relaxing retreat just 10 kilometers from Pattaya’s bustling city center.
Spanning approximately 66 square wah (264 square meters), the café will be situated along a 5-meter-wide canal connecting Nam Khao Canal to Nam Mao Canal, offering a tranquil, natural ambiance with lush greenery and cool breezes. Designed to cater to health-conscious patrons, Tai Suan Slow Bar combines a camping-like atmosphere with a forest-garden setting, ideal for those seeking relaxation amidst nature.

Mr. Samart, who goes by his nickname Ross and also is a popular influencer in Pattaya with his own major Facebook page, revealed that the café will prioritize natural and organic ingredients, aligning with its eco-friendly concept. By integrating sustainable practices, the business aims to set a precedent for other entrepreneurs, demonstrating how to balance commerce with environmental conservation. The venture is a tangible step toward promoting green initiatives in the region.
