Ginger Cat at Pattaya Gas Station Becomes Local Star with Lottery Display

Pattaya– As lottery day approaches, a cheerful atmosphere has taken over a Bangchak gas station in South Pattaya, where a charming stray ginger cat, dubbed “Bangchak Orange,” has captured the hearts of locals and social media users alike. The cat’s adorable antics and a creative lottery-themed display have brought smiles to visitors, according to local reports.

At the gas station, a cozy corner has been set up for the feline star, complete with a bed, a chair, and a sign introducing the cat: “My name is Bangchak Orange. I’m a stray at this station, but everyone here loves and cares for me, providing food and water daily… If you like me, you can leave dry or wet food at the shop. Thank you!” Alongside this setup, a small lottery stall, a lucky number draw box, and a donation box add a playful vibe, attracting tourists and customers who stop to snap photos and try their luck with “Orange’s lucky numbers.” However, the lottery tickets on display are old ones, used purely for fun and decoration.

Thanathip Rattanapanya, known locally as “Brother Art,” the cat’s primary caretaker, shared that he first encountered Orange two years ago when the cat was injured from a bite. After nursing it back to health, the gas station staff collectively adopted Orange, turning the stray into a beloved regular. Inspired to create engaging content, Brother Art began dressing Orange up and incorporating the cat into a lottery-themed setup at the station. The idea quickly gained traction online, particularly on TikTok, transforming Bangchak Orange into a fluffy social media influencer with a growing fanbase.

The ginger cat’s charm and the station’s creative display continue to draw crowds, blending local warmth with a touch of playful luck.
