Bangkok, September 14th, 2025 – The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) has issued a weather warning for tomorrow, September 15th, predicting heavy rainfall across four regions of Thailand due to a monsoon trough sweeping through the country. The capital, Bangkok, is among the areas expected to experience intense downpours, with 42 provinces on high alert for potential flooding and disruptions.
According to the TMD, the monsoon trough will pass through the northern, northeastern, central, and eastern regions, bringing heavy rain and increasing the risk of flash floods and landslides in vulnerable areas. Residents in the affected provinces are urged to stay vigilant, secure property, and prepare for possible impacts on transportation and daily activities.

In Bangkok, authorities are advising commuters to plan for delays and take precautions as heavy rain could lead to localized flooding in low-lying areas. The TMD has also cautioned about strong winds accompanying the storms, which may pose additional hazards.
The public is encouraged to monitor updates from the TMD and local authorities for real-time information and safety guidelines. For more details, visit the TMD website or follow official announcements.

Chonburi, home of The Pattaya News, is also expected to be affected.
