Pattaya, Thailand – At 10:40 PM on September 5th, 2025, the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Center in Pattaya received a report of a motorcycle collision with multiple injuries on Third Road, near the Laem Bali Hai overpass. Rescue volunteers and medical teams from Pattaya City Hospital rushed to the scene.
At the site, authorities found a heavily damaged white-and-black Honda CBR 300cc motorcycle, lying on its side. The rider, 19-year-old Jack Bryan Seaman, a British-Thai national, had sustained abrasions across his body. His unidentified 20-year-old Thai girlfriend, riding pillion, was seriously injured, in severe pain, and had a weak pulse. Rescue teams provided first aid before rushing her to Pattaya City Hospital.
Nearby, a white Honda Lead 125 motorcycle, was found with major front-end damage. Its rider, 18-year-old Worarit Khunwiset, a boat driver at nearby Bali Hai Pier, had sustained only minor injuries.

According to Jack Bryan, he was riding with his girlfriend toward Pattaya South’s Third Road when the other motorcycle rider suddenly emerged from a side street without warning, cutting him off. Unable to brake in time, he collided with the other vehicle.
Worarit, the other rider, had a different story. He claimed he was waiting to turn at the intersection, had signaled properly, and checked both directions before proceeding. He stated that Jack’s motorcycle was traveling at high speed, leading to the immediate collision.
Pattaya City Police investigators inspected the scene, collected evidence, and recorded images. They plan to review nearby CCTV footage to determine the exact cause of the accident and who caused it due to the conflicting stories before proceeding with possible legal action.
