Pattaya City Mayor Poramese Ngampichet, along with city officials, welcomed representatives from the organizers of “Tomorrowland,” the world-renowned electronic dance music (EDM) festival, to discuss preparations for hosting the event in December of next year. The delegation, led by Mr. Rachot Thanyawut from One Asia Venture Co., Ltd. and Mr. Paul Neuteboom, Festival Director of TI Thailand, met at Pattaya City Hall’s Meeting Room 132.
The discussions align with the Thai government’s policy to promote tourism, designating 2026 as the “Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism & Sports Year.” The initiative aims to attract global visitors through international events, including Tomorrowland, a globally celebrated EDM festival known for its world-class artists, cutting-edge technology, and stunning stage designs. The event is expected to draw large crowds of both Thai and international tourists, significantly boosting Pattaya’s tourism economy.

Mayor Poramese explained the event’s potential, stating, “Tomorrowland in Pattaya will not only promote culture and entertainment but also greatly stimulate the city’s tourism economy, especially during the peak season.” He affirmed Pattaya’s commitment to supporting and working with relevant agencies to ensure the event’s resounding success.

The festival promises to bring big energy to Pattaya, further solidifying its position as a premier global tourism destination. The event is scheduled for the Wisdom Valley area in December of next year and more information will be provided as the event comes closer.
