Pattaya, Thailand – On August 28th, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, rescue personnel from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation in Pattaya responded to an emergency call regarding a man suffering an allergic reaction from a bee sting. The incident occurred in front of a construction materials shop on Highway 331, heading toward Sattahip.
At the scene, rescue workers found Mr. Sakol Saowapakkul, a 36-year-old resident of Rayong province, with severe swelling between his thumb and index finger caused by a bee sting. He was also experiencing difficulty breathing due to an allergic reaction. Emergency responders provided oxygen support and urgently transported him to Pattaya Hospital for treatment.

According to Mr. Sakol, he was riding his motorcycle to work in the Bo Win area of Sri Racha when he felt a sharp pain in his left hand, followed by swelling. As his breathing became increasingly labored, he quickly pulled over and sought help from nearby residents, who alerted the rescue team.
Authorities are urging motorcyclists to remain cautious of potential hazards, including insect stings, which can trigger severe allergic reactions in some individuals.
