Pattaya, Thailand— A foreign national, whose identity and nationality remain unknown, was swiftly apprehended after allegedly stealing a motorcycle from Soi 16 on the bustling Walking Street today, August 28th, 2025. Witnesses reported the suspect appeared to be under the influence of narcotics at the time of the incident.
According to local authorities, the motorcycle owner immediately sought help from nearby motorcycle taxi drivers, who sprang into action and successfully tracked down the suspect near the old pier at the front of Walking Street. The man was detained on the spot.
Pattaya municipal officers quickly coordinated with patrol police from Pattaya City Police Station to take the suspect into custody and proceed with legal action.
