Pattaya, Thailand – On August 26th, 2025, Mrs. Ampai Sakdanukuljit Sliwinski, head of the Chonburi Tourism and Sports Office, opened a workshop seminar aimed at enhancing confidence and safety in tourism at Le Bali Resort and Spa in Pattaya, Chonburi. The event was attended by Mr. Wanchai Wanphram, Senior Deputy District Chief of Banglamung, and Police Colonel Anek Srathongyoo, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station.
Organized by the Chonburi Tourism and Sports Office, the seminar focused on equipping tourism operators with the knowledge and skills to manage safety effectively and handle various situations efficiently. The project also aimed to elevate the quality and sustainability of tourism in Chonburi. A total of 40 tourism operators from Koh Larn participated in the training.
The program received support from the Banglamung District Office, local government officials, accommodation providers on Koh Larn, and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, which provided expert trainers to share knowledge and conduct practical sessions. The workshop sought to strengthen confidence and promote a strong, sustainable tourism image for Chonburi province.
