PATTAYA, Thailand – August 22nd, 2025: A planning meeting for the “2nd International Tattoo Amazing Fest Pattaya” was held at the Thappraya Meeting Room at Pattaya City Hall, chaired by Mr. Banlue Kullavanij, President of the Pattaya City Council, alongside Mr. Phumphiphat Kamolnart, Secretary to the Mayor of Pattaya.
Scheduled for September 12th–13th, 2025, at the Fountain Plaza on the Ground Floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, the event is organized by Pattaya City in collaboration with the Eastern International Tattoo Group and Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya. The festival aims to strengthen the regional tattoo community, build unity, enhance skills, and promote the art of tattooing to international standards.
The event will feature skilled tattoo artists from 27 countries, adding to Pattaya’s tourism appeal. Discussions during the meeting covered event logistics, promotional strategies, billboard placements across the city, and arrangements for emergency medical services. Organizers also said they will have widespread publicity to reach both locals and tourists effectively.
