Pattaya, Thailand – On August 6th, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Pattaya Mayor Mr. Poramese Ngampichet, alongside Deputy Mayor Ms. Thitiphan Petchtrakul, City Council President Mr. Banlue Kullavanich, assistant secretaries to the mayor, and members of the Pattaya City Council, handed over donations to support flood victims in northern Thailand and those affected by clashes along the Thai-Cambodia border. The ceremony took place at the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation in Pattaya, with Mr. Theera Ritkriangkrai, Vice President of the foundation, receiving the contributions.
Mayor Poramese expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Pattaya and various organizations, including Banglamung District, Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, Banglamung Police Station, Pattaya City Police Station, and both public and private sector entities. These groups worked with Pattaya City to set up four donation points at the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, Central Pattaya Shopping Mall, Terminal 21 Pattaya, and in front of Wat Chaimongkol in South Pattaya. The donation drive, which ran from July 25 to August 5th, collected essential supplies and cash to aid those impacted by floods in northern Thailand and conflicts along the Thai-Cambodia border.
Throughout the campaign, Pattaya City continuously gathered and delivered donations to the foundation. On the final day of the drive, the city presented a range of essential items, including consumer goods and necessary supplies, along with a total of 60,000 baht in cash.
These contributions were handed over to the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation for distribution to affected communities in northern Thailand and the Thai-Cambodia border region.
