From July 10 to 13, 2025, the zoo will host a variety of activities at the hippopotamus exhibit. As a special treat, children under 135 cm tall or aged 12 and below will enjoy free entry throughout the four-day event.
The festivities kick off on July 10, Moo Deng’s actual birthday, with a highlight ceremony featuring the presentation of a giant, adorable birthday cake for the star hippo, accompanied by cheers from her devoted fans. Visitors can also join a Meet & Greet session with animal-loving celebrities, including “Captain,” “P’ Benz,” “P’ Toad,” and “P’ Nick,” alongside popular animal influencers like “Jub Meng” from the *Japan and Friends* page and *Gluta Story*.
A unique auction of exclusive Moo Deng memorabilia—one-of-a-kind items—will also take place, with a portion of the proceeds supporting animal care at the zoo.
