PATTAYA, Thailand – On the afternoon of June 28, 2022, the Nong Nooch Gardens International Convention Center in Pattaya hosted a warm welcome ceremony led by Pattaya Mayor Poramese Ngampichet for a delegation of over 1,400 executives, employees, and clients from China’s Xinjuzhiheng Group. The group arrived in Pattaya for a five-day visit combining a business seminar and tourism, coordinated by TKL Holiday Co., Ltd.

Mayor Poramese, known by his nickname of Beer, spoke about the deep ties between Thailand and China, describing China as one of Thailand’s closest neighbors. He highlighted the continuous cultural exchanges and economic cooperation that have long fostered mutual prosperity. “Thailand, and Pattaya in particular, boasts beautiful beaches, ancient temples, and a rich, diverse culture that attracts visitors from China and around the world,” he said. “We are delighted to share Thailand’s vibrant cultural heritage, natural beauty, and cuisine with our guests.”

He noted that such initiatives not only promote cultural exchange but also strengthen friendship and collaboration between Thailand and China.
