Chonburi, Thailand – On June 7, 2025, Mr. Charoensak Charoenvut, Deputy Governor of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, officiated the opening ceremony of the 4th “Yod Mongkol Sport” U18 Regional Futsal League at the gymnasium of Huathanon Wittaya School. The event was attended by Ms. Wilai Choeysard, the school’s director, who joined in the opening festivities.
The tournament’s opening match saw an electrifying clash between Huathanon Wittaya School and Thanom Rat Bamrung School from Tak province. The game was a rollercoaster, with the Tak team surging to a 3-1 lead, only for Huathanon Wittaya to stage a dramatic comeback, securing a 4-3 victory.
The 4th “Yod Mongkol Sport” U18 Regional Futsal League features over 10 top schools from various provinces across Thailand. The Huathanon Wittaya School hosted the first leg of the competition from June 6-8, 2025, before the tournament moves to other venues in a rotating schedule.
The Huathanon Wittaya futsal team is led by head coach Mr. Veerachai Srichan, with assistant coaches Mr. Jakarin Yenyo, Mr. Rangsan Khanthesen, Mr. Chanawut Hanbankit, Mr. Natthaphon Sriwo, and Mr. Atthaphon. The team receives strong support from Ms. Wilai Choeysard (School Director), Ms. Khemjira Thatdee (Deputy Director), and Ms. Ketsinee Srisuk (Deputy Director).
