On June 2nd, 2025, at 12:30 PM, Police Lieutenant Phonsak Khanchali, Deputy Inspector of Huai Yai Police Station, received a report of a fatal collision between a car and a bicycle on Highway 331, heading toward Sattahip, near kilometer markers 11-12 in the Huai Yai Subdistrict. Rescue teams from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation in Pattaya and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
At the site, authorities found the body of an unidentified Thai man, estimated to be 60-65 years old, lying dead in the middle of the road. Both of his legs were broken, and no identification documents were found. Nearby, a damaged bicycle was located, along with a white Honda HR-V with Bangkok plated showing severe front-end damage and a cracked driver’s side windshield.
