PATTAYA, Thailand – On June 1st, 2025, at 11:16 PM, Mr. Patcharapat Srithanyanon, the District Chief of Banglamung, ordered a joint operation led by Mr. Nathaphop Yomjinda, Deputy District Chief, and Pol. Maj. Suchart Dusadee, Chief of the Pattaya City Police Station’s Crime Suppression Unit. The operation involved administrative officials and police officers who conducted a thorough inspection of Vegas Club in South Pattaya to prevent illegal activities, including drug use, possession of weapons, and the presence of patrons under 20 years old.
The joint task force stormed the venue, focusing on all forms of illegal activity. Authorities separated male and female patrons and staff, conducting identification checks and drug tests via urine screening. No illegal substances, weapons, or underage individuals were found during the operation, and no positive drug tests were reported.
Officials also issued a public advisory to all business operators in Banglamung District, urging them to prioritize tourist safety, prevent violence, and protect property. They stressed strict compliance with laws prohibiting underage patrons, drugs, and weapons. Authorities warned that any violations discovered in future inspections would result in legal action without exception.
