Pattaya, Thailand – At 4:20 a.m. on May 5th, 2025, the Pattaya City Police Station received a report of a violent fight involving a group of foreigners in Soi Chalermphrakiat 25. Police and rescue personnel from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation immediately dispatched a patrol unit to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers found three foreign nationals injured, including a 57-year-old man, primarily with bruises and contusions. However, the injured individuals had limited details about the incident, claiming they were attacked by a group of strangers unprovoked while standing outside a closed bar chatting, asking for police to find the other party involved.
A nearby motorcycle taxi driver told the Pattaya News team that he witnessed two groups of foreigners engaged in a heated dispute that escalated into a chaotic brawl in the middle of the street. One of the injured, the older man, was reportedly knocked down during the fight. The opposing group, believed to be the aggressors, immediately fled the scene before authorities arrived while the injured group stayed to speak with authorities and express their concern and desire to catch those responsible.
Police are currently gathering evidence from the scene and working to track down the group who fled, with plans to bring them in for questioning and pursue legal action. Anyone with information on the incident and the aggressors should contact Pattaya City Police.
