Illegal Foreign Workers Found at Pattaya Beauty Salon During Tourist Police Crackdown

Pattaya —

Tourist Police detained several foreigners working without permits at a Pattaya beauty salon.

This morning, April 11th, an investigation team from the Tourist Police Bureau inspected a beauty salon in central Pattaya. They discovered a group of foreigners, appearing to be Chinese nationals, providing services to customers without valid work permits.

Police revealed that these individuals had entered Thailand as students of a local university but were found to be working illegally.

The suspects were informed of the charges and their legal rights before being taken to the investigating officers for legal proceedings. The Tourist Police urge the public and tourists to report any suspicious activity involving foreigners to their 24-hour hotline at 1155.
