Motorcycle Collision in Pattaya Leaves Two People Seriously Injured, Including 14-Year-Old Boy and Indian National

Pattaya —

An Indian motorcyclist and a 14-year-old boy were seriously injured in a crash on March 30th after the foreign rider allegedly cut across the boy’s path in Pattaya.

At 11:00 PM, the Nongprue Police Station was notified of a motorcycle collision on Soi Khao Noi, in front of Chokchai Village 7. Following the report, officers coordinated with the Sawang Boriboon Pattaya Rescue Foundation to rush to the scene.

There, officers found a black chopper motorcycle lying on its side, heavily damaged. Nearby, the rider, an unidentified Indian national aged between 50 to 60 years, was found with a large head injury and in a dazed state.

Further down the road, a pink Honda Scoopy i was also lying on its side. The 14-year-old male rider sustained a serious head injury and had his right ring finger severed. Rescue workers immediately provided first aid and placed the severed finger in a container of ice before rushing both individuals to a local hospital.

A friend of the injured boy explained that while riding towards the exit of Khao Noi, the foreign motorcyclist suddenly turned in front of him, causing a collision. Witness Ms. Wilawan, 33, who was selling goods at the time, confirmed seeing the foreign motorcyclist abruptly turn into the village, cutting across the path of the 14-year-old’s motorcycle, leading to the crash.

Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
