A homeless man was arrested for spray-painting the Pattaya Provincial Court sign and nearby structures.

On March 21st, Pattaya police arrested a 40-year-old homeless man from Phichit province. The suspect was arrested for spraying graffiti on the Pattaya Provincial Court sign, located along Thapphraya Road in South Pattaya.

The man, whose name was revealed by Pattaya police only as Weerasak, was also suspected of spray painting streetlight poles and nearby shop walls. Investigators reviewed CCTV footage and identified the suspect as Weerasak. After committing the act, he was seen fleeing into a wooded area across the street. Officers then conducted a search and successfully apprehended him.

Upon arrest, the suspect appeared incoherent. He initially admitted to throwing a paint-filled bag at the court sign but later returned to spray it with paint. He has been charged with property damage and was handed over to Pattaya police for further legal proceedings.

Weerasak did not have a solid reason for his behavior.
