Pattaya Police Arrest Repeat Motorcycle Theft Suspect for the Third Time

Pattaya —

Pattaya police arrested a repeat motorcycle theft suspect for the third time, along with an accomplice.

At 9:36 PM on February 21st, Pattaya police arrested Mr. Pongpat, 34, known as “Frame,” and Mr. Narathip , 28. The suspects were apprehended in Soi Khao Talo 14 in Pattaya, along with a blue Yamaha Nuvo motorcycle.

According to the police, Mr. Pongpat had been previously arrested twice—on October 9th, 2024, and again on October 29th, 2024, both for stealing motorbikes—before being caught for the third time in this incident. The suspects were handed over to investigators for further legal proceedings.

It’s unclear what Mr. Pongpat’s previous sentences were for his prior thefts or why he seemed to be free in such a short period of time.
