Pattaya —

A heavily intoxicated foreign man collapsed unconscious in front of Pattaya Police Station, alarming bystanders and police.

The unidentified foreigner was found outside the police station on the night of January 2nd. He was sleeping in the parking area of Pattaya Police Station.

The man was lying on the ground, obstructing visitors attempting to retrieve their vehicles. Police and rescue workers examined the man and found no signs of assault. It was determined that he had likely consumed a large amount of alcohol, which caused him to fall asleep.

The man’s girlfriend, who was also intoxicated, pleaded with police and rescue workers to take him to a hospital, as she feared he might die. However, authorities reassured her that he was only heavily intoxicated and not in any life-threatening condition.

According to Mr. Siwapol, a 45-year-old Bolt driver, he had picked up the couple from Soi 6 on Beach Road. Once inside the car, the foreign man passed out completely.

Mr. Siwapol was unsure of what to do, so he decided to take the couple to Pattaya Police Station. Upon arrival, both passengers exited the vehicle, and the man instantly collapsed in the parking lot. The driver then immediately alerted the police.

The man evidently eventually got taken home safely, added police.
