Good Samaritan Returns Lost Phone to Swiss Tourist in Pattaya

Banglamung —

A Swiss tourist who lost his Samsung S24 in Pattaya has had his phone returned thanks to a good Samaritan and the Banglamung police.

On January 29th, Pol. Col. Navin Sinthurat, Chief of Banglamung Police Station, assigned his subordinates to return the Samsung S24 after Mr. Joe, a good Samaritan, handed it to the police. Police identified the owner as Mr. Max Bissig, a 50-year-old Swiss tourist, who had already returned to Switzerland. Officers then gave the phone to his friend, Mr. Hold, 51, to return to Mr. Max.

According to police, Mr. Max forgot his phone while touring Pattaya. Mr. Joe, who was also a private business owner, then found it while visiting the city. Mr. Joe expressed his happiness that the phone would be returned, stating that when he initially found it, he felt a strong sense of responsibility to return it.
