– Tipmanee Media Network Co., Ltd. announced with deep sorrow the passing of Mr. Suphot Saengsi, also known as Haji Abdullah Saengsi, a dedicated reporter for TMN CABLE TV. Mr. Saengsi passed away peacefully due to old age at the age of 65 on January 18th, 2025.

The Saengsi family conducted the traditional bathing ceremony at their residence today. The ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries including Mr. Winai Inpitak, the Mayor of Nongprue Municipality, members of the Nongprue Municipality Council, Ms. Siamrat Tipmanee (General Manager of TMN), Ms. Tassanee Tipmanee (Director of TV Program Production and News), Mr. Amporn Saengkaew (President of the Pattaya Journalists Association), along with Pattaya City reporters and close relatives.
Following the initial ceremony, the body of Haji Abdullah Saengsi was moved to the Darul Abraat Mosque (Pattaya) in Soi Nern Plub Wan for a prayer ceremony. This event saw the participation of relatives and men from four mosques, with Imam Usman Suhraai leading the prayers.
At the burial, Khru Suaini Sai and Khru Marwar Sohheng read the first and second dua respectively. Imam Abdullah Sohheng, President of the Islamic Council of Chonburi Province, along with other teachers from the Darul Abraat Islamic School such as Khru Tawfek Sohheng and Khru Amin Mahingsamphan, participated in making dua and asking for blessings for the deceased. The burial was marked by a solemn atmosphere as relatives and attendees mourned the loss of a respected community member.
His legacy as a talented and respected journalist will be remembered by his colleagues and the broader media landscape in Pattaya and beyond.
