Moo Deng, the beloved superstar pygmy hippo from Khao Kheow Open Zoo near Pattaya, has made headlines after predicting that former President Donald Trump will return to the White House. This prediction has sparked significant interest in international media.
According to the Kha Moo & the Gang Facebook page, Moo Deng forecast that Trump, the Republican candidate, will triumph over Vice President Kamala Harris from the Democratic Party in the upcoming U.S. presidential election. The prediction was made by placing a fruitcake with the names of both candidates for Moo Deng to choose from, and the four-month-old hippo devoured the cake bearing Trump’s name.
The New York Post shared the clip of Moo Deng choosing Trump on X. Fox News, The Times of India, and other international media outlets have reported on the story as well.
Even Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., also shared the story on his personal IG account, saying “Thank you Moo Deng!”
