On October 15th, 2024, at the Thappraya Meeting Room at Pattaya City Hall, Mayor Poramese Ngampiches chaired the third Pattaya Change Agent Group (PCA) meeting of the year.
Attendees included key city officials, community representatives, and heads of relevant government agencies. The meeting addressed future projects, including the PCA activity calendar for 2025, and reviewed the progress and challenges of recent initiatives. Notably, the meeting scheduled the 4th Music in the Park event for October 20th, 2024, at the Khao Talo Community Sports Field.
Mayor Ngampiches highlighted the positive impact of PCA activities, such as Music in the Park, on youth and the community. He emphasized the city’s commitment to providing public spaces for creative activities, promoting community participation, and offering alternatives to drug use. These events will rotate monthly across various public areas in Pattaya City.
