Factory Supervisor in Chonburi Shoots and Kills His Subordinate Over Personal Dispute

A factory supervisor in Chonburi province shot and killed his subordinate after a series of personal disputes. The suspect is currently on the run.

The suspect, identified as Mr. Ittirit Phosri, a factory worker and head of the spare parts department, allegedly shot and killed his subordinate, 38-year-old Mr. Nattawut Netwichian, in front of a factory in the Don Hua Lo area.

The incident occurred on October 3rd around 6 PM. The victim was shot over eight times and was pronounced dead at the scene by the local rescue team.

According to police, the incident reportedly stemmed from personal disputes between the two, as they had frequent arguments. Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene.

On October 4th, the Chonburi Provincial Court issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Ittirit on charges of premeditated murder. Police are currently tracking him down.
