Na Jomtien —
Fifteen people were arrested for illegal gambling during a police raid at a luxury resort in Na Jomtien, Chonburi.
The raid was conducted in the evening of September 28th. Region 2 Police raided a luxury resort in the Na Jomtien sub-district, Sattahip district, Chonburi province, where they arrested over 15 suspects for illegal gambling.
The suspects were caught playing the Pok 8-9 card game. Police seized evidence including 100 baht in cash, three decks of cards, and various other gambling equipment.
Following the raid, the suspects were handed over to Na Jomtien Police Station to face charges of “participating in illegal gambling for money.”
