WannaLand Music Festival 2024: Thailands First K-Pop Festival Set to Make History in Pattaya

The highly anticipated WannaLand Music Festival 2024, Thailand’s first-ever K-Pop festival featuring more than 15 K-Pop groups, is set to make history at Legend Siam Pattaya. A press conference was held on September 23rd to officially announce the event.

Attendees at the meeting included Chonburi Deputy Governor Mr. Amnat Charoensri, Pattaya City Mayor Mr. Poramase Ngampiches, and the Deputy Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Office, Ms. Mallika Sudsanet. Local police officials from Pattaya and Chonburi province also attended the conference.

According to the event organizers, Legend Siam Pattaya is hosting the WannaLand Music Festival 2024 in collaboration with China Travel Service (CTS) and Tencent Music Entertainment Group. The event is expected to attract 20,000–30,000 visitors daily, especially tourists from China, international visitors, and local Thai audiences.

WannaLand Music Festival will take place from November 2nd to 3rd, 2024, showcasing modern pop music in a unique Thai-themed amusement park setting under the theme “WannaLand: New Amazing in Thailand.” This will be Thailand’s largest K-Pop festival, supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, with Legend Siam Pattaya as the venue.

The first wave of artists announced includes famous names like Rain, Super Junior D&E, Nowadays, Everglow, and Genles. The festival features over 15 K-Pop groups, including both Korean and Thai artists. The first round of early bird tickets will go on sale at special prices starting September 25th, 2024.
