The ceremony, hosted by Mr. Mongkol Onla and Ms. Wimonrat Sutphong, along with the Brahmins of Ban Ngiew, began at 18:39. However, a sudden thunderstorm interrupted the proceedings just three minutes in, forcing participants to seek shelter in nearby vendors’ tents. Despite the brief disruption, the rain soon ceased, allowing the ceremony to resume with undiminished devotion.
