Pattaya City School 4 Hosts Internal Sports Competition

Pattaya- On September 13th, 2024, Pattaya City School 4 held its annual internal sports competition, the “Purple White Games.” The event was inaugurated by Mr. Nakorn Phonlukin, Vice Chairman of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization Council, with participation from Mr. Wichet Nongyai, Pattaya City Council member, the Basic Education Commission, school administrators, teachers, and parents.

Mr. Nitat Saengsawang, Chairman of the Competition Organizing Committee, emphasized the importance of sports in personal and national development, stating, “Sports build people, people build the nation.” He highlighted that sports activities have consistently brought recognition to the local area and the country. Pattaya City prioritizes the physical and mental well-being of students through sports, and the “Purple White Games” aim to foster health, strength, and unity among students.

Students were divided into four teams: blue, yellow, green, and red. The competition featured a variety of sports, including futsal, volleyball, sepak takraw, chairball, petanque, and traditional local sports, promoting fun and camaraderie.

The “Purple White Games” not only encourage students to excel in sports but also help build a strong sense of community and teamwork.
