Thief Steals Aluminum Ladder from Pattaya Apartment Following Another Theft Incident

Pattaya —

A thief stole an aluminum ladder from an apartment in Pattaya, marking the second incident at the apartment this year.

On September 9th, 2024, Ms. Pimnapa Yamsantia, a 26-year-old victim, handed over CCTV footage to The Pattaya News reporters, hoping to provide a lead to help identify a thief who had stolen an aluminum ladder from her apartment in Soi Khao Talo 9, Nongprue sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province.

The CCTV footage clearly captured a man between 30-35 years old arriving at the apartment on a red Honda Wave 125 motorcycle without a license plate. He was wearing a full-faced black helmet, a blue shirt, and black shorts.

The man parked beside the apartment and calmly walked into the building. He then walked to the parking lot, where he took an aluminum ladder from the back of a pickup truck, casually carried it back to his motorcycle, and quickly fled the scene. The incident occurred on September 9th, and Ms. Pimnapa said it wasn’t the first time. This was the second theft. In a previous incident, the suspect broke into a tenant’s room and stole both fake and real gold, as well as a piggy bank.

The victim expressed her hope that the police would soon catch the thief, as she and the tenants now live in fear, with frequent break-ins and no progress in apprehending the culprit.
