Banglamung Police Arrest Suspect with Over 580 Methamphetamine Pills

Banglamung police arrested a 26-year-old Thai man with over 580 methamphetamine pills.

The arrest was carried out on September 9th, 2024, by a team of Banglamung police led by Pol. Col. Navin Sinthurat, Superintendent of Banglamung Police Station.

The authorities successfully apprehended one suspect, identified as Mr. Jirawat Aoworn, 26. He was arrested in the Nong Irun area of Baan Bueng district, Chonburi province. Police seized several items including gray plastic bags, a purple iPhone 11, a Honda motorbike and over 580 methamphetamine pills.

Mr. Jirawat’s urine was also tested for narcotic substances, and the initial results were positive. He is facing charges for possession of a Category 1 narcotic with intent to sell and causing the spread of the narcotic among the public.
