Pattaya, August 5th, 2024– In a display of loyalty and gratitude, Pattaya City organized a special event to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother on her upcoming 92nd birthday anniversary on August 12th, which is also Mother’s Day. The ceremony took place at 10:30 a.m. in the Thappraya Room at Pattaya City Hall.
Event Highlights:
Mr. Poramese Ngampiches, Mayor of Pattaya City, presided over the opening ceremony, which was attended by city executives, council members, heads of government agencies, relevant officials, and members of the Pattaya City Elderly Club. The event began with Mayor Poramese leading the attendees in offering blessings and best wishes to Her Royal Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, who as stated has her actual birthday on August 12th, 2024.
The ceremony included the singing of songs in honor of Her Royal Majesty and praises for the Mother of Thailand. Following the musical tribute, members of the Pattaya Senior Citizens Club performed a traditional dance. The event concluded with a group photo of the Pattaya City executives and the Senior Citizens Club members, followed by a health training session.
This celebration not only showcased the community’s respect and admiration for Her Majesty but also highlighted the unity and cultural heritage of Pattaya City.
