Small Aircraft Crashes into Abandoned Resort in Samut Sakorn, Thailand, One Person Dead

Samut Sakorn, Thailand – On Saturday, August 3rd, at 10:50 A.M., a tragic accident occurred in Mueang Samut Sakhon when a small aircraft crashed into an abandoned resort in the Pan Tai Norasing area. Rescue workers from the Khok Kham sub-district swiftly responded to the emergency.

Upon arrival, the rescue workers discovered smoke billowing from the resort. The wreckage of the light aircraft lay nearby, and tragically, one person was found dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as pilot trainer Mr. Phudit Supawattanadun, aged 33.

The resort, which had no occupants at the time of the incident, is now the focus of an investigation by the Khok Kham Police. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash and ensure public safety.
