Pattaya Police Assist Foreign Tourist with Disabled Wheelchair

Pattaya Police assisted a foreign tourist from Dubai who was unable to push his wheelchair due to a damaged left wheel.

The officer who helped was Pol. Lt. Col. Siam Pho-ngam, Deputy Traffic Inspector of the Pattaya Police Station. He responded to the situation involving a tourist from Dubai, who suffers from autism and was unable to move his wheelchair as seen in this video. The incident occurred on Pattaya Second Road yesterday, July 30th, 2024.

Pol. Lt. Col. Siam called for a songthaew (a truck converted into a two seater taxi) and helped lift the tourist onto the vehicle. The driver then transported the tourist to his accommodation.

Pol. Lt. Col. Siam was highly praised by both Thai and foreign people on social media for his kindness and dedication to providing excellent service to those in need.
