Pattaya —
Pattaya City’s Traffic Design and Transportation Division has recently improved a zabra crossing in front of Dusit Thani College and installed new traffic signage to prevent accidents.
According to the สายตรงนายกเมืองพัทยา Facebook page, this initiative follows a recent accident involving a pedestrian crossing the street.
The improvements include expanding and repainting the crosswalk and installing four new barriers to provide a safer waiting area for pedestrians. New warning signs have also been installed on both sides of the crosswalk to alert drivers of pedestrians and to encourage slower driving in the area.
