2. **Speech and Blessings:** Mr. Kritsana Boonsawat, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City, delivered a speech offering auspicious blessings in honor of His Majesty.
3. **Merit-Making:** As part of the celebration, rice and dry food were offered to nine monks, dedicating merit to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on his birthday.
