Sriracha, Thailand – On July 25th, 2024, Somdej Phra Borommaratchadevi Na Sriracha Hospital held its 2nd Health Promotion Fair at the 100th Anniversary Memorial Building. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among the community.
In attendance were Dr. Somyot Lojindaphong, Deputy Director of the hospital, and Dr. Yutthana Kanasuk, Assistant Director. Representatives from various agencies, medical personnel, and village health volunteers also participated.
The fair provided health screenings for colon and rectal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, and pregnancy. Additionally, attendees received information and skills to help them take better care of themselves. The hospital’s goal is to prevent diseases through early detection and promote healthy behaviors, ultimately reducing healthcare costs and improving overall well-being.
The fair garnered significant interest, emphasizing the importance of community health.
