On July 23rd, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., a press conference was held at the Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Center in Banglamung District, Chonburi Province. The event was led by Mr. Poramese Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, and Mr. Kiattisak Sriwongchai, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, who is also acting as the Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City.
They announced the launch of the first “Pattaya Mobile Health Fair” under the Good Health and Happiness Project. The event was attended by notable guests, including Mr. Wuttisak Kramkhaeng, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City, Mr. Sawat Boonkerd, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, Police Lieutenant Kanrapap Mukdasanit, Director of the Bureau of Public Health and Environment, and Ms. Hatairat Phoket, Director of Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Center.
The “Pattaya Mobile Health Fair” is being held for the first time as part of the Good Health and Happiness Project to honor His Royal Majesty the King on the occasion of his Birthday Anniversary on July 28, 2024.
This significant event underscores Pattaya City’s commitment to the health and well-being of its residents and workers. The public and private sectors have collaborated to offer a range of health services, including screening, promotion, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. Both Thai traditional medicine and modern medical practices are being utilized to raise awareness about personal health, encouraging self-monitoring and appropriate treatment.
The inaugural “Pattaya Mobile Health Fair” will take place from July 25-26, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Pattaya City Hall. This event aims to provide comprehensive health services to the community in honor of His Royal Majesty the King.
