Pattaya Mayor Mr. Poramase Ngamphichet ordered the painting of road markings and traffic symbols on Sukhumvit Road last night to alleviate daytime traffic congestion.
On July 10th, 2024, local reporters observed road markings and symbols on Sukhumvit Road prior to the Pattaya Central Underpass, being repainted. It is understood that the repainting was ordered by Mr. Poramase to improve visibility for drivers and reduce road accidents.
According to reports, Mr. Poramase had instructed contractors to conduct the work during the night when traffic is less congested. The repainting is part of a broader effort by the Pattaya administration to enhance road safety and improve traffic flow throughout the city.
